LEON LOARD™ is giving back to YOUR COMMUNITY!! Over the past several years, LEON LOARD™ has donated hundreds of thousands of dollars to worthwhile fundraising efforts in your local schools, churches, and community organizations through the practice of offering our handpainted Signature oil portraits and our original commissioned oil portraits as an auction item for community fundraising events. Through this worthwhile endeavor we are able to give back to your community. We want to continue these efforts and encourage you to view our website and determine if our handpainted Signature oil portraits and/or original commissioned oil portraits may be a good match for your event. Please read all of this information and submit your requests in a timely fashion. Currently we are working to identify events for the upcoming fall and spring seasons. Please submit your completed Donation Request form with a minimum of 10 (ten) weeks prior to the scheduled event. Our decision will be based on many factors including … recently approved events in your area … our client's recommendations in your area and … our sales history in your area. Marketing Department will review each request and a final decision
will be made within 30 days of the date of your request. We will
inform you of our decision by email. You will receive notification
of receipt and we will correspond by email with the contact person
you have indicated on the Donation Request Form. CRITERIA - FALL AND SPRING EVENT For approved events, LEONLOARD™ will proudly donate
a gift certificate valued at $1150 to your charitable cause which
may be redeemed for …. In order for us to consider your event for a portrait donation, please read and understand the following criteria: 1. Offer extended to your local schools, churches or local community
organizations within the southeast region to include; ; Alabama,
Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Tennessee, Louisiana, Mississippi,
North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia and Texas (I-20 corridor
west to Dallas & I-10 corridor west to Houston). This gift certificate will be honored for the scheduled sitting dates in your area. The recipient should contact us at our Corporate Studio at 800.235.6273. One of our knowledgeable full-time Artists Representatives will contact the recipient to arrange a consultation to discuss various portrait options.. All stages of requesting a portrait can be performed in the comfort and convenience of the recipient's home or office. From the no fee, no obligation initial consultation, the portrait sitting and portrait order to the delivery of his or her finished portrait. All of our clients have the confidence that their finished portrait will be perfect knowing the In-Studio artists employed by LEONLOARDOILPORTRAITS are full time professional portrait painters.
